Over 100 Members in our chapter
Almost 264,000 members nationwide
Founded in 1904 at New York University, the Alpha Kappa Psi professional business fraternity is the oldest and largest business fraternity in the world. Its members are guided by the principles of building brotherhood, lifelong learning, high ethical standards, improving communities, and enhancing the fraternity for life. As a member of Alpha Kappa Psi, you join an extensive roster of alumni and current brothers across a variety of fields, all committed to the same ideals.
Here at the Omega Alpha chapter, we are a tight-knit group of friends, bonded by our shared interest in business and commitment to our fraternity’s core values. We emphasize a strong balance between hard work and social fun that allows our members to achieve great heights at the University of Delaware and beyond.
Our Core Values
Brotherhood: Trust, respect, cooperation, companionship, and providing aid to fellow brothers is the expected norm.
Knowledge: Education and experience, whether gained in the classroom or in the workforce, is emphasized and shared.
Integrity: All actions, whether in business or in life, are guided by honesty, ethics, and fairness.
Service: Sharing of time, talent, and treasure with both fraternity and our communities is a priority.
Unity: A common understanding of our vision and values that transcends chapter, generation, and precession is utilized to anticipate and create the future.
